In addition to our minimum password criteria our system performs several checks and balances to ensure our customer's passwords are secure, unique, and not easily guessed. If the user encounters the password update prompt while logging in, the password entered must have failed one of these checks and would need to be updated. Our system prevents us from intentionally setting up an account which does not pass these checks.
This appears to be a follow up on a previous inquiry which was responded to in an email thread on November 11th, 2021. The issue that your application is encountering appears to be due to an unsupported Web Browser control configuration rather than an issue with the password update flow. If you have updated your Web Browser control based on a supported Web Browser, there should be no issues completing the password update flow.
