I sent a resubscribe to a contact. He followed the instructions and resubscribed. However, the resubscribe didn't take. Now I have to forward the email to him through my personal email account. This is NOT helpful. If resubscribe indeed isn't possible. PLEASE just say so instead of me having to jump through zillions of hoops for nothing. This is the very reason I left my previous marketing platform.
