I have personally verified that multiple emails that are bouncing and coming up as suspended - are indeed legit emails. They are only bouncing from constant contact, not from other email address senders.  Now what . . . what can that person (or me) do to make sure that they do receive our emails in the future and don't continue bouncing.  ...
