We need the ability to send reminder emails to people who have abandoned their registration so they do not miss cut off dates. Currently there is not a way to choose just specific people to send a reminder email to and it creates a lack of ability to follow up with them.

We need to have the ability to register a guest in our events on our side that doesn't take us through the full customer sequence of checkout. There are pleanty of times when guests have a credit, pay cash or have a gift/comp ticket and there is no easy or simple way to add them to registration. In the old system there was a way, it was a multi step way, but it could be done, now you can't.

PLEASE bring back the ability to download the registrants in a csv file!!! Such an important thing to have when organizing events. PLEASE allow the ability transfer an abandoned registration to the registered list like you had it before. Makes it so much easier to just go in and click to update.
