I have our CRM system synching contacts with CC. When users unsubscribe our system retrieves these updates and marks them as unsubscribed in the CRM also. Today our subscriber numbers on our main mailing list went out of sync. After some investigation we had two email addresses that appeared to have vanished in CC - we had a contact_id on file in our database for them, but no matter how we searched under 'contacts' in CC they weren't showing up. We pushed the contacts back through and the mailing lists were back in sync. I can now see these two users in the CC Interface and under engagement there's a mention of 'Bounced as non-existent' - why when users have this flag are the hidden in the interface? How can I retrieve the users flagged as this/suspended to update our own system? There doesn't seem to be an option to retrieve suspended users with the /v3/contacts/?status= API calls..?
