There appears to be changes within the previously EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot get a live person on the phone for the last several days. When I select the call back option without loosing my place in line, my call has not been returned. My emails look different, as if updates have been made. Now, when I write a sentence all of the words run together and I cannot figure how to correct this. Any advice to this frustrated (and former HUGE fan) customer?
