That's not one of the services we offer. If you need to setup a backup email for a Google account, you'd need to create a new email in an applicable system, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or some other service where you can generate email addresses. Our services are for online marketing like sending emails, making online ads, tracking social metrics, etc.
