From my understanding of the Website Builder integration, the blog functions in a somewhat disconnected space so it shouldn't contribute toward your overall page totals. I would recommend reaching out to the integration's support team for confirmation and further guidance regarding it if you're needing, though. You can also find helpful articles in their own Knowledge Base, such as their article adding blogs to your site, or their article on creating blog posts.
