Dear Constant Contact Team, I’m writing to express my frustration over the ongoing absence of a dropdown menu feature in the form builder, which has been requested since 2016. I can't believe that after so many years of customer feedback, this basic functionality is still missing as of 2024. I don’t think anyone would ignore customer reviews and requests for something this fundamental for so long. Effective customer service means addressing even basic needs, regardless of the number of requests. Ignoring such a fundamental feature, especially when it’s critical for segmentation and data collection, reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. With the recent price increase, it’s hard to justify paying more when such an essential feature is still not available. I urge you to prioritize adding this feature to demonstrate your commitment to both improving the platform and meeting customer needs.
