I figured out a work around that is perfect. I am disappointed ConCon didn't offer this idea themselves after all these years of customers complaining. SMH.   I needed a sign up form for our organization's volunteers - not just sign-up or a survey, but the dual ability to let them choose tasks they want to do and collect their contact info. Survey tool was the closest thing ConCon offers.   The solution: To collect the contact information, add text questions under your survey questions. I used the text "questions" as labels for name, email, and phone, which should all fit within the text field of up to 50 characters; the larger answer box of 250 characters works for address. Dear PCPG, When I had that situation it was indeed an EVENT that I created. The format is the most flexible, letting you make an optional "landing page" for full description explanation, a form that permits several essential pieces of contact information, plus even allows a semi-survey by adding questions. (I used that element often to find out where people had heard about our event or organization; e.g., a newspaper ad, our website, TV, radio, etc.) If you are clever with your labels, you can customize the Constant Contact option to "offer or sell items" and use that to collect membership payments. Remember, however, ConCon now takes a percentage of the money you make. And if you process payments through PayPal, which also takes its cut, the fees can add up.   Hope this info helped. Good luck! I see customer requests dating back to at least 2021 to add / collect contact information from survey respondents. It is June 2023 and still no action from Constant Contact?
