Hello, I appreciate your response. Apart from Gravity Forms' role, I'm encountering this problem in Constant Contact. The problem is that when I attempt to export in Constant Contact and choose to export all custom fields, "county" doesn't appear in the exported file. Additionally, it's also not visible when I try to edit criteria in segments. The only place where the custom field is visible is on the "manage custom fields" page and within the individual contact profiles.
