Thanks, I think your email gives us a good start setting up "self authentication". We have a generic GoDaddy email address that my client uses, but is using a personal account for this purpose. Plus I have access to the CNAME record. We will look into that. Your quick responses are most appreciated. One other update. My client did copy some text that was pasted in from MSWord. If I understand correctly, she should have converted it into just pure unformatted text pasted it into the email then reformatted. Correct?
