Thanks, I think your email gives us a good start setting up "self authentication". We have a generic GoDaddy email address that my client uses, but is using a personal account for this purpose.  Plus I have access to the CNAME record. We will look into that. I will do that, but the message was generated by Constant Contact not Outlook. It was a reaction to your generated emails and has alarmed some my customers that it might be a virus although I am sure that it is not.
