We had recruited a new volunteer to help manage our nonprofit account. They had thought they needed to start a trail account not knowing we would just add them as a user. Unfortunatly now we are unable to add them since CC says the user name (email) is already in use. We cannot wait the 60 days. Will support be able to fix this? ... View more
