1. Unserstand that "Did not open in X days" Isn't a good indication to delete 2. What does Most, Someone and Least engage actually mean.. what is the actual critera... 3. What is the report/practices should be taken to ensure that a contact can be deleted with a high assurance that it's not a valid contact.
