When I click into a contact's profile inside an automation, their engagement looks pretty wonky (their open rate for example is shown as .08% when it should be 8% and there are formatting issues).   When I look at the same contact's profile outside of the automation, I can see the correct open rate + click rate, but I can't see any of the activity from the automation: This is the 3rd distinct bug I've found with the Constant Contact Automation Paths ... Contacts are also able to join your path when they trigger it. Once you reactivate your path, your contacts will see the changes going forward, but won't see changes to any steps they've already passed."   However that's not what's currently happening for me - contacts in the automation path are not "seeing the changes going forward".  I flagged this bug to Constant Contact and they said they're aware of it - I find it odd that they wouldn't update the documentation so sharing here. ...
