Adding to the stack of folks who are disappointed in Constant Contact for the confusing and contradictory domain verification information and process. The support documentation shows managing multiple domains, but that isn't functionally possible with any workaround our team has been able to figure out. This is a very underhanded way of requiring customers to pay multiply for the exact same functionality based on needing it for a new domain - it's a tax and one of the worst sort, one that offers me nothing in return but additional work, headaches, and higher bills. My hope would be that the Constant Contact development team would WANT to prioritize this, it undercuts the value of your product and makes customers want to look very hard for an alternative. As a company who enables marketing every day, success does indeed rely on understanding the pains and needs of the people who pay the bills.
