So are you saying type the article into notepad and then copy and paste into CC to avoid the extra vertical spacing?  I want to use the different fonts as I type into CC to see how the newsletter will look.  Also, the line endings are hyphenating words when it goes to Outlook.  I want the email to look identical to what it looks like in the CC program.  I've spent way too much time trying to figure this out.  Please help! ...
