I am having the same problem. Our newsletter comes from an info @email yet at the bottom it says to unsubscribe from my personal email at the company. I understand this should change when it goes live, but we sent a newsletter in March and now people that unsubscribed are not receiving personal emails. Everything is set up that the sending email should be the info@ email. Please help as we have a November newsletter we want to send but I don’t want to lose people that just want to unsubscribe from newsletter style emails versus business related emails they need to receive.
