Hello Constant Contact, My request is to add a email alert function so you can be alerted via email when someone fills out a constant contact form on my website. If I can set-up a form with the lite version of constant contact there should be away to be alerted. The answer that your support team gave me is that you would have to check the constant contact account manually or upgrade to the next level package. I do not need a fancy report or automation which I understand you charging more for but I wouldn't mind basic metrics similar to other email platforms. At the very least a option to be alerted.
