I agree with the original poster. It would be more convenient to see these metrics in a list view next to each contacts information. I would use it to simplify scrubbing my lists of non-engaged customers after a certain number of interactions with no engagement. If the engagement rate is below average, I can just filter by those and investigate further.

I'd like to weigh in on this. For my project, I'd like to be able to share training content with only those who are current customers. We're sending it to a very carefully curated list as some of the information would be valuable to our competitors. In this case, I'd need to be able to make the page non-searchable in order to use constant contact for this.
