Thanks William for the reply. My primary issue is I just need a total RSVP number. We're not doing tickets or needing to track anything beyond the total people we need to buy food for. I did just get off the phone with support and she did a great job (love your support by the way!! Good folks, super helpful!) of going over the events tool. We started this out with just an email campaign, but we have time to switch it to an event tool-based program. I will do a demo for the gang tonight and we will figure it out. BUT WE STILL WOULD LOVE you guys to put Badges back in the system at some point. Hopefully before 2027 and out 50th reunion. Thanks again!

The need is to send an event email out to a stable email list of 400 people. We need a good RSPV number, but each person, at this event may/will bring up to three more guests. people who will not be CC contacts. CC does not support a way to select a number of attending in the RSVP function of the email. We're going to be doing a number of these events and it's starting to feel like CC is moving away from event coordination (they dumped the name badge printing function a while back, which was one reason we started using the software a while back). Right now, I am putting a section after the RSVP block asking them to PLEASE email me separately if they plan on bringing more than themselves. It's cumbersome. I am not a power user, but I really like CC. Other products do name badges, RSVP census capabilities, and general event organization better than CC. I just don't want to move on if I don't have to. Does anybody have any suggestions or workarounds? Thanks for the help on this. Tom in Phoenix

Yeaaaaa Bring back badge Print. It USED to in the system, we used it in for a large reunion and its was one reason we picked the software in the first place. Thanks

Back in 2017 we used CC for a large class reunion in Alaska. It was attended at 80% of the class (40th!) and a lot of that was due to CC. One reason we chose the software then was the ability to do name tags. I have rejoined CC now for the upcoming 50th reunion and a large retirement picnic for Alaskas in the Phoenix area. It's a large (over 400 folks) annually and I am in charge of the contact program for both campaigns. I JUST found out that you guys killed name tags. At this point I committed the picnic org to CC but now I have to explain that I screwed up with picking CC this time as there is not the name tag option which was one reason they went with my suggestion. There are a few programs that do a simpler job of sending emails to a email list but they do name tags. So. Add me to the list of PLEASE bring name tags back. Coders love this stuff, it should be easy. And frankly its lame you guys dropped em 🙂 Thanks
