I currently use CC as a communications tool for several local governments. These clients frequently need emergency communications to be sent ASAP to the community. We have designed several customized, saved templates for these communications. Unfortunately, if we are on the scene of an emergency and needing to send out information, we are unable to access these saved templates from the mobile app. This is serious deficiency on the app (iOS). The inability to access saved templates on the app prevents us to from sending urgent communications when away from a computer. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. This needs to be addressed ASAP by the app team.
