Part of the benefit of a template is not needing to change values/text that are the same every time. This should logically extend to the email settings. Constant contact allows for multiple managers, which means that more than one person can send emails. If Person A sends an email using a template, they will want their name and reply-to address associated with that template, every time an email is sent. Currently, the subject line is saved, but the name and address revert to the account defaults. This is annoying, causes confusion, and defeats the purpose of using a template.
