Thank for your help. I was typing up a response email and reviewing what I was sending via Postman. Turns out, the request I was working with was inheriting its authorization from the collection that was using a different authorization type. Turning this off corrected the problem.

Hello, While I'm able to successfully authenticate other flow types I'm having a hard time getting past the first authorization step fo the device flow. I'm using Postman and have tried a few variations of the request imaged below. Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
