Hello KCRAR,   Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support.    Regarding the issues you were running into with your API calls triggering the automation, our team will follow up directly via the email ( in response to the email you had sent to webservices@constantcontact.com )  with some additional endpoint options.   In regards to being unable to disable the Welcome Email series, I’m going to escalate that issue to one of our Tier 2 support specialists so that they can follow up directly. They should be in touch within 4 business days.
