I’m sorry for any difficulty you’ve experienced with customizing your inline sign-up form. Our inline forms don’t currently have an option to customize the size/style of of the form, however, I have tracked your feedback on a feature request for the ability to do so.

If you require a form that allows for further customization options, you would need to use a 3rd party form that meets your customization requirements. You can either search for a 3rd party form online that is compatible with Constant Contact and your website host, or check the Integrations page within your Constant Contact account.
