Hello, Our open rates have dropped substantially since we were required to authenticate our domain. Note: We use Constant Contact for INTERNAL messaging only (to our company employees), so there is no issue with their email addresses, etc. I've opened a case with the Delivery team and worked with both my IT Network and IT Security teams to make sure the CC IP Addresses are safe-listed/white-listed. At this point, there is no issue on our end. Is CC experiencing any issues that you are not sharing with us? How often do you update your records to list the open and click rates?
