I just figured it out, William. Like you suggested, I copied the survey and renamed it, deleted the question (figured that out!), added it back in with the Open Answer BLOCK, and it gives the box correctly. Thank you so much for your help and your patience! I love the tool and hope to use it more.

I want an open answer box but when I save the survey and send a test, I am getting Open Answer boxes with three boxes not one. I can't send it out like this as it looks like I'm asking for three replies. Help! I need to get the survey out tonight.
