Candace, I can respond with one answer to that question. I want to be able to add a call to Google fonts in the header and apply them to paragraphs and headers. The fact Constant Contact is limited to a 1995 font set is a significant factor in choosing other services. ... View more

2 years and counting on the basic editor getting better, but no signs that it will any time soon.   Not having the ability to make edits to the html is frustrating and fat too limiting. Two more:   The line-spacing of the text varies at random, and there's no way to set it to be consistent throughout an email There is no way to select "13" as the text size, even that's what the text within my block is set to. ... View more

I'm finding it difficult, if not impossible, to use the new beta mobile templates. Here are just a few of the issues I'm having: - the default color of the text is set by the "primary" background color, which makes no sense. The default text color should be able to be set independently of the background. - when I select individual blocks of text and give them a new color they sometimes randomly change color, or sometimes just a few words change back to the background - there is no way to edit the source html in the new editor. Completely a non-starter. - there is no way to include contact details, such as last gift amount, within the body of an email. These are all major problems, since the new editor is a step backward from the control of the old editor. ... View more

There are so many bugs with the mobile template builder that I'm about to give up in frustration. A few of the problems: - the default text size appears to be 13px, but you can't choose 13px through the drop-down menu - no ability to access the html source - no ability to customize the text-only version of the email - no ability to change the size of an image placeholder - font sometimes changes to white when changing weight or text-size - Underlines for links appear to appear or not at random These are just a few of the issues I've found. ...
