The old way you used to be able to go down a list and click off the e-mails that you wanted to delete and delete them before you move on to the next page, or delete all at once when you were at the end of the list. New way- you have to delete one e-mail at a time, because it will not let you move on to the next e-mail unless you perform that action. Bring the old way back on doing this. The old way- you could move much fast down a list and delete later.

Just my opinion. Since there is so much dead space on the detail page of an individuals contact, it would be less key strokes if you move the engagement page to the detail page so you only have to look at the information instead of going to another tab. List it below the box with the "lists".
