Has anybody on your staff actually looked at the new report with live data?   It is AWFUL.  The font for the email address is fine.  The font used for the date/time and name is too large, not dark enough and takes up too much room on the report.   The data often goes of the right end of the "box".    IF your intention was to improve the report you did not succeed.    ... We too are very frustrated by the loss of being able to direct people to our website after they complete the survey AND especially the loss of the closing page where we used to offer a link to download a free MP3 to thank them for participating in the survey.  How could these features possibly have been omitted in the new survey creator tool????!!!  This will affect all of our various surveys!!!  We're not happy and request that we are allowed to continue to use the Legacy survey until we get the function of a closing page or a redirect to our website after submitting the survey!!! ... I also second what others have already said above:   1) Legacy surveys provided for chained operations; once a survey has been submitted, the respondent is redirected to another site, in our case, a certificate of completion needed for compliance with governing bodies. Since this is a primary use of surveys for us.   2) Legacy surveys provided for scoring/ranking questions with a comment field. This facility is no longer possible in the new survey system. The majority of our survey was laid out in this way, taking away this function makes the survey almost 4 times longer than the older version.   But most of all 3) Before the update, we used the closing page to provide a link that acted as an incentive to take the survey. It worked! We were getting 80% participation in the monthly surveys. Now the update has taken away our ability to leverage that link because there is no closing message. I echo everyone here who is asking for the feature to return and as quickly as possible.   Please bring back the ability to edit the closing page - this is crucial for us. the other two points would be nice to have as well.   thanks, Diana       ... For the last 30 minutes I am trying to copy a specific email into my new autoresponder series and I can't because there is no search field and the "last modified" function doesn't really fetch the last modified emails first... We have thousands of campaigns - we have organized them in folders for easier navigation but when I want to create a new email in an autorsponder series, I canNOT use my internal folder organization to navigate to the desired email. I need to group emails new to old, old to new, last modified, or alphabetically, and it STILL does NOT show the email I want to copy because apparently even though it was the last created and modified, because it is in an old folder, it probably is somewhere in the list of thousands of available campaigns. Super unfriendly user experience - Constant Contact has turned into a time wasting machine, very hard to navigate and ultimately, cannot do what I need it to do.
