Hello , I had been working since Monday 1/22 on the self- authentication process for our TXT records. After many calls, it was at Constant Contact who finally led me in the correct direction. I could not be more thankful for her knowledge, communication and patience in resolving this issue that had been ongoing since Monday 1/22 and finally resolved yesterday 2/6.
I think it would be best for people to start their update with who their email provider is rather than using the term "domain provider"
