Apparently the “narrow by tag” option isn’t available for accounts with more than 10K contacts. I found this out just now when we attempted to send out a survey to tagged contacts we uploaded earlier. (Our nonprofit's account has roughly 25K contacts, FTR.)   If we'd known about this cap, we wouldn't have wasted our time creating these tags, and we would have simply uploaded the contacts to new lists.   We'd appreciate the expansion of the narrowed-tag option to larger accounts like ours which quite frankly might need them more. ...
