@CSVANW wrote: Dear Constant Contact, In the future, I'd like to suggest that the company look into allowing subscribers to edit the registration page. Currently, the CSVANW is having a youth event, which youth are asked to submit an application. However, the CC registration page has a button that says, "Register," which may be confusing to applicants. I just called your help line and I understand there is no way to change that. I hope that in the future there could be a way to change that. Sincerely, Kim Baca Marketing & Communications Consultant There are many limitations with the registration form: 1. Not being able to customize the font size. This font size is not at all age-friendly. Our university's standards on ADA compliance cannot be met without this flexibility. 2. Not being able to customize the registration button to have a "softer" option, such as RSVP, Count Me In, Sign Me Up, etc. 3. The confusing "Add" button for guests, which is located so far above the Register button that many of our members click that thinking that is how they "Add" or register themselves, before realizing they need to scroll down further to finalize their registration. As a result we end up with many "ghost" registrants, artificially inflating our head count and stopping registrations because it appears we have reached the maximum room capacity. Consider having your software designers spend more time on functionality as opposed to gee-whiz graphics.
