Thank you, @BetsyL4 for posting the image of what we also need. @Frankie_P, exactly when will the "collecting feedback" portion end and the new (old features from the Legacy Survey format, really) features be instituted in the surveys? As of right now, we cannot use Constant Contact for surveys because they do not collect the personal information that we need. We do these surveys monthly and as of this month (because the copy function for Legacy Surveys has been discontinued), we are totally out of luck here ...  😕   HELP! ... View more

Casting another vote for the need for the old ways of exporting data. The way it is done in the Legacy version is very useful, but not so much now. I agree with Colleen_Leppert: If we have to manipulate the data to get it into a usable format, there's a possibility of information getting misaligned. Please bring back the old way of exporting data.  ... Since 2013 we have been posting Legacy Survey links on our website, so anyone can fill them out to request more/future information. If they decide to provide their contact information (which 99% opt to do), they are added to one of our email databases.    Right now, if they fill out one of the “new” surveys, they are unable to opt in for future communication with us. And all responses show up as coming from “Anonymous.”   The "Please include your contact information" section on the Legacy Survey is critical in helping us get requested information to those who ask for it it as well as to grow our database list.
