William, thank you for your reply and for pointing me back to the same article I read. The instructions are inconsistent, I would like to point out a few things: A) In the image immediately under point 3) Click Copy to Clipboard: it says "Paste this code before the </body> to show all your active form". So this is very precise as to where the code should be. Also, it is one piece of code for ALL the active form. Irrespective of how many forms I have and where they are located. Below on the article, like you suggested, it says I should place the code where I want the form to show. This contradicts directly what it says above: - If I place the code wherever the form is on the website, that means if I have 3 active forms, the code should be in 3 different places? Not just one code - also, it does mean placing the code before the </body> is not correct? It is confusing. Can you please clarify. Thank you
