Hi @DougF51 , Thank you for the clarification. As far a button goes. We do have button coding for a Sign-Up Form Landing Page within your Sign Forms tab.  Or if you if you just need a URL to a button you've created, there is also the option of creating a Lead Generation Landing Page. ... View more

Hello @DougF51, Absolutely you can have a sign-up form call up on your website! Sign-up Forms are a great way to capture contact information and boost your marketing efforts. The best part is that any contacts that sign up are automatically added to your account - with no manual work! Inline form - An Inline Sign-up Form is embedded into the HTML code in your website or blog so that you can collect sign-ups as people view a specific webpage. Pop Up form – A Pop-up Sign-up Form is embedded into the HTML code in your website, or blog, and pops into view after a specific amount of time, between 1 and 15 seconds, so that you can collect sign-ups as people view your website. Hello @BITI0 , Custom fields are certainly helpful within Constant Contact. One thing that might be helpful is when you export Bounced contacts or Opens from the Reporting section of a sent campaign; the export will include all fields for the contact. So the export would include custom fields, including your UserID along with email address, name, etc. ... View more

Hello @CyberSecuritySummit, The design with the two thumbnails and wider text is certainly attractive!   With three items across, you’ve seen you can only drag the gutters between cells/sections creating a predefined width for each block. You can try aligning your images to create closer to the desired design (align first thumbnail to right, second thumbnail to left). But to achieve the desired design, I would suggest creating one single image that contains both thumbnails. ... View more

Hello @user09512, I am sorry you're unable to upload you GIF image, we continue to see cases like this with other users as well.  As our engineering team works to resolve the issue we do have a couple a recommendations to assist in getting your GIF uploaded: Open your GIF image in Photoshop > File > Export > Save for Web > Leave default settings and click Save Upload the GIF image to an outside image host and add it into your email through a URL. Take the GIF to ezgif.com, and select GIF Optimizer. Use the lossy GIF to compress the GIF. It does not have to be much, the minimum is 5. (This does not always work, but we have had success with some GIFs.) Convert the GIF to an MP4 video using https://ezgif.com/gif-to-mp4, then convert the MP4 back to a GIF (Leave the default settings throughout the process). This may not always work, but we've had success with some GIFs that the GIF optimizer workaround above wasn't able to fix. Video of this process: https://www.screencast.com/t/klJYhCbUSn ... Hello @KristinaP68 , You should be able to put in multiple videos without issue. I am sorry that you're getting the rainbow thumbnail. I did pop into your account and was able to get a  couple of different Vimeo thumbnails to show. Check the most recent draft that starts with the word "VIDEO".  (You can decide which one you prefer and delete the other. ) How I got the thumbnail to work was by going to the video on Vimeo clicking the paper plane icon to get the share link. Then I grabbed the URL out of the embed code section. And that gave me an image thumbnail rather than the rainbow. ... View more

Hello @Rahoeft , Thank you for checking in on the issue. I am sorry your images not displaying as you expect. Unfortunately there has been no update or change in the situation. At this time the same workarounds are being suggested: Here is a workaround for a setting change that can be done in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019. Here is a different workaround that can be used in the above versions of Outlook and Outlook 365. As previously mentioned, you can also change the image URL's used in an email to start with HTTP instead of HTTPS. I'll paste the steps Kara previously listed below: For each image that is not showing:   Click to open the image as if you were going to change it Right click on the image Copy image address Go to the Image URL tab Paste the URL Remove the "s" from the https, leaving the image as http Preview the image and insert it. Repeat for all images Test to outlook client ... View more

Hello @ESNS, We agree it is important your email campaign displays as expected. At this time there is not an available solution to display changes when an email is forwarded. Because this isn't something all contacts experience, along with the fact that these formatting changes are caused by the email clients itself, we do troubleshoot on a case by case basis and collect the details like what specific display changes you're seeing, a screenshot, the email client the email was forwarded from, and the email client the forwarded email was received at. In the meantime, I would suggest including a "View as Webpage" link in your email. Even if the email is altered, contacts can still view the unaltered version in a webpage through this link. ... @hebprm  I apologize if the change in the editor was a surprise. It was our intention to alert the account owner that the change was coming. My apologies if that email did not happen. If you'd like some live, one-on-one guidance and screensharing, our friendly phone support staff would be happy to assist you while you make the transition. They can also collect info on what template(s) you'd like to have transposed into the current editor, or get an order written up if you'd like a wholly different, branded template created. Or if you find a particular section difficult to recreate, we do have an article that goes of some of the differences and similarities between the two editors. ... View more

@IconKoolTrends  I apologize your images are not being seen by all of your recipients of your campaigns. Let me gather a bit more specific information so that we can check to see if there is anything we offer to improve the Windows users experience. * Do you happen to know what email client the Windows users are  using? (For example Outlook 2010) * What is the name of a campaign or campaigns where you have noted the missing images? If you could email communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the information requested, we will investigate further.   ... View more

@user17987  Thanks for reaching out in the Community regarding the issue with horizontal lines in the display of your campaign. We know how important it is for your emails to look consistent across all email platforms.  One additional potential workaround we have found that you can give a try since the screenshot of your campaign appears to be a single column campaign:   Drag a block like a divider next to the affected block to create a column layout Add all the affected blocks to one column Delete the block/divider in the other column, so that the content is back to one column  I have submitted your request to be contacted/emailed on any updates regarding any changes in the issue as the engineers work toward a solution. ... @9dNorthDigMarketing  Hello! Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I am sorry your “Contact Us Today” link returned an error for some of your co-workers! We certainly do know it is important to have your links work the way you expect.  After testing, it does appear it is an issue with that co-worker’s particular office network. Nothing within Constant Contact would forbid a person from any other sites.   One thing you can offer your co-worker is to whitelist Constant Contact as a safesender so they would have a better experience receiving your campaigns. ... @AUAdministrator  Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for ongoing issues with images not loading properly in your newsletters. We know images are important to your campaigns and we do appreciate the troubleshooting efforts you have put into trying to ensure your images do display properly.   I contacted our advanced technical support team and they welcome the chance to work directly with you, troubleshooting with you in your account. As a heads up they will need you to share the name of a specific campaign, name of a specific image, specific contact, an example of email client, and a bit of information of what happens when trying to click to see images.   In regard to your reference to the content of newsletters not being protected in replies, Constant Contact does not have a way to control the email campaign once it has left our servers and landed in an inbox. Clicking reply or forward allows for the original message to be altered regardless of what system originally sent it. But if you do have crucial content such as a coupon one option would be to save it as an image so that it could not be altered through a reply or forward. An advanced technical support representative will be reaching out within four business days using the contact email and phone number in your account to further assist you with issues concerning missing images. If you wish to be contacted by an alternate means, email your preferences to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com and we will pass information along to the correct team member. ... View more
