Hello and thank you for reaching out The Community! Now please correct me if I’m incorrect, but it sounds like you are changing the images and hosting them at the same URL. We’ve seen email clients (like Gmail for instance) cache images where the user changes the image but uses the same URL, and the clients still shows the old image. This could be avoided by either uploaded your images to Constant Contact to have us host them or make sure the URL of the link is also changing. If this isn’t the case a little more information can help us trouble shoot this further. Info like the name of the campaign you’re working on, the image’s URL, and the email clients you are experiencing this in. If there is anything else we can assist with never hesitate to reach out!
