Same for me. Suddently (without notice) deleting functionality is not OK. I'm not sure for whom the "new system" was designed, but it wasn't for the frequent users.

I had two contacts that were same person but different email addresses I deleted one to combine them. Then your system would not let me change the email on the remaining contact to the correct email of the deleted contact, saying it still existed (even though I had deleted that record). A search proved it didn't exist.
So now I am screwed. Your system has a bug. FIX IT so I can get my data correct.
I founded a software firm in 1981 that still exists today. Do you test your software before releasing it on an unsuspecting user?

Terrible - worse - without adding any new functions. For example, list of e-mails no longer shows the time the e-mail is scheduled for, and the e-mails ARE NOT LISTED IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER any more. This is progress???

I updated from a file. Got back that 1 contact could not be updated because had unsubscribed. But there seems to be no way to find out who that contact is without manually comparing the update file to the unsubscribe list.
Additional information regarding the results of large processes is required.

I added 17 contacts to a list. The activity reported the number added, the number updated, and that 1 could not be added. Clicking on the one line Activity summary only said "1 could not be added because had unsubscribed". BUT IT DID NOT TELL ME WHICH NAME was not added! How can I maintain a professional system with such inadequate information? This is typical of the poor implementation since the conversion of Constant Contact to a Windows 8.

OK, so I ready your response. Terrible design that it is a defaul that all bounces are not shown. Overall, the "improvement" to Constant Contact has made it much worse.

The total number of bounces is shown as 28. However, only 25 are shown, despite the legend at the bottom saying "1-28 of 28 items".
This was also true of another report that reported 30 bounces. Only 25 are shown, reported, and exported.
