I have been a frequent user of the Legacy Survey feature for over ten years. I tested the new Survey feature today and was appalled to find it to be the dumbed-downed twin of the Email Editor. There is no Skip Logic function available in the New Survey. Skip Logic is used to move the survey-taker to another location in the survey based on their response. As an over-simplified example when building an event feedback survey, Question number one asks if the survey-taker attended a specific event. If the answer is no, the survey-taker is 'skipped' past all the survey questions and taken to a thank you page. This is CRITICAL survey functionality! . I will also add that other essential functions are missing: -Cannot attach a comment field to a question -Diminished reporting capabilities: limited output choices and doesn't export responses in same order as survey -No opening or closing pages ... The Open Answer Question is also handled as it's own entity in the reporting - there is no way to determine which Open Answer response was intended to be a comment to a specific multiple choice question.  The report exports all the Open Answer responses questions at the top of the report regardless of their order in the survey.   ... Just looked at the Product Updates for October 2020 hoping and praying that HTML editing or a Content Library capability has been added to the Email Editor.  Unfortunately not.  Creating new emails with the Legacy Editor has been disabled this month and the most important capability - REUSING CONTENT BETWEEN EMAILS - is still not available.  It's been FIVE YEARS,  Constant Contact!  How could there be any doubt that this is an essential and critical function for your customers? ... Since there is no HTML editing capability, the ability to maintain a content library would be the second best solution.  With the Legacy editor, I save HTML in text files to paste into content blocks when needed, e.g. details of an annual event where only the date has changed.  HTML editing enables other functions such as tweaking fonts and spacing but reusing content is the most valuable feature to me.   . ... I also miss the ability to edit the HTML.  I repeat content. Often a year later. In the Legacy editor I saved the HTML code to a text document.  When needed, I copy and paste the HTML text into the new email and edit as needed. The ability to do this saves this volunteer tons of time. ... View more
