The link I was looking for in the event software magically appeared the next day. It was exactly as I remembered it to work. Something funky must have been going on with the CTCT (outdated) event software the day I posed this question. All good. Thanks for responding. ... View more

New system not intuitive, contacts file sequence

have difficulty adding new contacts (& updating) not intuitive should be able to enter all info, then click one save button, yet I keep losing info. so frustrating. Also, contact folders should NOT be in alphabetical order. i want them in my own sequence, with the ones I use most at top! Been using CTCT for YEARS. I hate it when it gets more challenging.
