Seeing VIP customers notes is probably the most crucial tool I use. Why is it you can no longer view who's clicked your email and be able to easily access notes on that customer? As it stands now, I need to cut and paste a customers email (from click list) and look them up individually to see notes. This was something in the older format which was never a problem. Ive been a cc customer for a long time and some of these new changes including the new graphics (are we going for a bank look here?) concern me!
