I've had this same problem. Taking William's advice, I called in and asked about it. The representative disconnected me!!!!!!!!!! I still have the problem of security bots opening and clicking on links IMMEDIATELY when I send out an email. And I too know that my contact did not really open it. I don't like this as it gives me a very false read. Also, my own email test goes to our own spam filter, so I know my emails aren't going to my contacts! What can be done? Is email marketing dead because of spam filters?
