Hello @BobOK ,   It looks like the email you're trying to copy is using the retired legacy email editor, so you won't be able to copy it at all. You can see this labelled below the template's name. Any email you've made with just "Email" beneath it, will be able to be copied and edited. I'd advise copying one of those other bulletins, and using them for your latest email. Otherwise if you need that 144 specifically, you'll simply need to rebuild it from scratch using the current editor.  ... View more
