If this is showing for a registrant, it means the payment service reported to us that the payment for that particular registrant didn't go through. It may be worth checking the service to see if you received payment from that person / organization, so you can update their payment status. If you're not seeing a payment from them / that registrant isn't seeing a payment made, you'll want to cancel their registration so they can try re-registering or selecting a different payment method (if applicable).
