I’ve been using cc for years only to recently learn that opens, clicks, email suspensions aren’t accurate. The worst of all being that a customer can’t live click on the phone number in emails sent. I doubt anyone would take the time to write it down then call. They will most likely delete the email and not bother with further emails from us. Starting to question the effectiveness of using constant contact.

When did constant contact change to overseas support staff? I felt like I was receiving cut and paste responses but got no solution. Unacceptable!! I’ve been a paying customer for several years but am looking into other options and companies that realize the importance of great customer service
