WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS GOD-DAMNED REPORT SO IT DISPLAYS UNIQUE OPENS IN DATE ORDER????
AS IT IS NOW, YOU HAVE TO SCROLL THROUGH EVERY LETTER OF THE ALPHABET TO FIND OUT MOST RECENT OPENS.

Your report is not only showing unique opens but all opens, even though it may be counting unique opens correctly. I keep seeing the same name show up over and over again.
Why don't you rename your product ObamaContact?
It works as bad as ObamaCare.

Page says 346 opens & 44% open rate.
Stat page says 363 opens and over 45% open rate..
But the real number is higher than 363 and your refresh button no longer works LIKE IT USED TO!
Have you fired the designers/programmers & quality control people yet???

The unique opens number and % is incorrect on this page, and on the reports page the refresh button no longer refreshes like it used to.
You should fire whoever programmed this new version, along with the QC team, if there was one.

This list was ALWAYS in date order, by newest opened.
Now it's random, older ones listed before most recent opened. ANOTHER BUG in your new improved system?
