Hi, I’ve been using Constant Contact for the past year to promote our center’s webinars and training programs, and while it’s been great for managing our contact list and sending email blasts, I’ve run into some challenges with marketing events. One big issue is the lack of automation options for event emails. Right now, we’re limited to a single registration confirmation email, but being able to automate reminders leading up to an event would really help boost attendance. Another feature I’d love to see is SMS support for events. Sending text reminders could make a big difference in keeping attendees engaged, and we’d be happy to pay for an SMS upgrade if it felt worthwhile. Right now, though, it doesn’t seem to add enough value to justify the cost. Lastly, it feels like the tools for email, events, SMS, and social media don’t work together as seamlessly as they could. Since you already offer all these features, it would be amazing if they were better integrated to create a more connected experience for users like us. Overall, the tools feel very e-commerce-focused, but with a few tweaks, they could be much more useful for organizations like ours that run events and training programs. Thanks for your time!
