Second day to post about this poorly designed new automated system. Posting because spending more time with customer service because this system is lacking features the previous automated program gave us. We are limited to 15 emails as we create emails and the time delays. Unsure if the previous was unlimited, but we would run 25 in some marketing plans. Now we find you do not have the options to have the emails delivered during a Monday-Friday period with a similar selection of time during the day. We do not want our emails delivered on days our offices are closed. All of this poorly designed product on the day I received notification there will be a modest 16% increase in our billing. Those using modest must be those who thought inflation at 9% was not that bad. Been with CC about 10 years, but time to examine the market again.
