A suggestion would be to display all lists when a person clicks unsubscribe and allow them a chance to choose which lists to remain on or select unsubscribe from all. Admins could ideally choose which ones to display on this screen so as to keep some of their lists private and others available to would-be unsubscribers who might be willing to stay if they could tailor their preferences.
